We offer worldwide free shipping on all orders.

Orders will be processed from Monday to Friday, in a span of 24 to 48 hours from the date of purchase and depending on the item’s availability. Once your order is placed, you shall receive an order confirmation through your e-mail. 

Once your item is sent, you shall receive all shipping information including, your tracking number, carrier and delivery estimate through an e-mail. All packages will require a signature upon delivery for maximum security. The estimated shipping of available items is within 5 to 10 business days. Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped on following Monday.

PRE - ORDER

Refer to the page of the item on S O L O’s website to get an estimate of your shipping date. The actual date of shipping of pre-ordered items may vary. The estimated date of shipping of pre-ordered items range within 2 to 6 weeks, depending on the item.

SOLO will contact any customer if needed and required.

RETURN POLICY

We apologize for any defect or displeasing experience you might have had with your order.

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges.

Items can be returned for a store credit that will allow you to place a new order in.

Any request of a return should be issued in a period of 48 hours after the delivery of your item. Send us an e-mail at [email protected] to request for a return label. The cost of the return label should be deducted from your store credit.

All items should be returned within 15 days from the delivery date. Should you refund be accepted by our services, you should receive a full store credit of your item in 5 to 14 days from the date of reception and depending on your bank.

Any returned article must meet a number of strict requirements to be eligible for :

All items must be in original and intact condition with original tags attached. Bags should have not been worn, used, altered, or damaged for a store credit to be issued.
